These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the fb003 platform, including all games, betting services, promotions, and account features available at fb003.club. By registering or using our services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement in full.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to immediately notify fb003 through live chat support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. fb003 will not be held liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
3.4 KYC Verification. fb003 requires all Users to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process prior to processing any withdrawal request. Acceptable identification documents include, but are not limited to: Philippine Passport, Driver's License, UMID Card, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, Postal ID, or Voter's ID. 4.5 Dormant Accounts. An account is considered dormant if it has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. fb003 will send notification emails to the registered account prior to any dormancy-related action. Dormancy fees or fund forfeiture provisions, where applicable, will be communicated in advance in accordance with this Agreement.

10.4 Cap on Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, fb003's total liability to any User in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim giving rise to liability.
10.5 Indemnification. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless fb003, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim, liability, damage, loss, or expense (including legal fees) arising from your breach of this Agreement or your violation of any applicable law.
11.1 Right to Suspend. fb003 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at any time and without prior notice where we reasonably suspect that the Account has been used in breach of this Agreement, in furtherance of fraudulent activity, or in violation of any applicable law.
11.2 Investigation Holds. Where an account is under investigation for suspected breach, fb003 may place a temporary hold on withdrawals while the investigation is ongoing. The Player will be notified of any such hold. Pending wagers placed prior to the hold will be settled in accordance with normal game rules.
11.3 Balance on Termination. Where an account is terminated for reasons other than a breach of this Agreement (e.g., voluntary account closure), the verified remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered withdrawal method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

fb003 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, fb003 will provide notice through one or more of the following channels: a prominent notice on the platform homepage, an email notification to your registered email address, or an in-platform notification on next login.
Your continued use of the fb003 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.4.

14.3 Dispute Resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the appropriate Philippine courts of competent jurisdiction.
14.4 Language. These Terms & Conditions are written in English, which is the governing language of this Agreement. Any translation provided for convenience is for reference only — in the event of conflict, the English text shall prevail.
14.5 Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
14.6 Entire Agreement. This Agreement, together with the fb003 Privacy Policy and any applicable promotional terms, constitutes the entire agreement between you and fb003 with respect to your use of the platform, and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
